the spinning wheels used here are a schacht matchless in cherry, schacht sidekick, schacht-reeves, woolmakers' bliss and all plying is done on a hansen minispinner

how do i find out shipping costs?

just add the items to your cart. shipping will be calculated automatically and you can select from standard shipping (6+ business days) or express (2+ business days).

i live in perth, can i pick up my order?

yes, absolutely. please leave a message when you make your purchase and we can arrange to meet up for you to pick up your order. once your order has been picked up, shipping charges will be refunded.

can you spin me some yarn from fibre that i've purchased?

it depends on sheralynn's schedule. please contact us if you are interested in custom spinning.

how long will it take for me to receive my order?

if you are in australia, you should receive your order within 7 business days if you live in a metro area. if you live in the rest of the world, your order may take 7-21 business days to arrive. please allow for extra time for customs to process your parcel.

the colour on my item doesn't match
